I worked with offshore wind turbines.
Documentation I prepared was, for example:
Design and construction documents – drawings, specifications, calculations for tower, nacelle, foundation and cables.
Installation and assembly instructions – step-by-step descriptions of lifting, assembly, bolt tension, electrical connections.
Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M) – planned service intervals, lubrication, inspection routines.
Safety and emergency procedures – evacuation, firefighting, working at height, electrical safety.
